Togetherness requires bridging the gaps of the underdeveloped neighboring countries among the nations. God is blessing us through each other’s work (Cochran, 273). We must not only embrace a biblical view of work but also live it out in an increasingly hostile environment.[1] With a community mindset and an effort to stride again towards being and becoming the land of the free, one nation under God, with liberty and justice for all, we have the ability of displaying God’s love amongst the nations as one small step for man and one giant step for mankind (Neil Armstrong). Creating an impact that leaves an imprint upon the land from one generation to the next is reflected within this quote, if you give a man a fish, he will eat for a day, but if you teach him how to fish, he will eat for a lifetime.
