The fact that this class has only taught me the surface level of economics, blows my mind. I began this class with the expectation that it would be a breeze, with my dad having majored in economics and now being an accountant. I believed I knew a decent amount to get me by, and I was very wrong. I was incredibly surprised by how many different aspects of life economics falls under and many of my presuppositions were completely off. I have enjoyed being challenged by the material and learning new ways to incorporate each part of life together.

I totally agree! There is so much more than what we went over this semester. I feel like the information we were taught was already enough!
Me too! I was surprised about how there was something much more to what you thought you knew. This is one of my most interesting classes this semester and I'm kind of sad to end it too. My favorite memory was holding a snake in that class.
My mom is also an accountant, and I as similar thoughts on the class too. It was fun and made me realize how much economics intertwine with the past, present and future. It was a fun class to have, and I did not want to miss any of them. I liked the way the teacher taught, he did not just lecture, he also used comics, animals, and other ways to allow our minds to freely think about economic in both in the past and currently. It is a class that I did not drag my feet through and wished it to be over, in fact, I am kind of sad that it is over.
This class definitely surprised me. I totally agree that it was not at all what I had expected but I am happy with how it went. I think it is so important to understand how different economic structures work around the world. I think we become so oblivious to how things operate the way they do and we lose appreciation for history and for what we have today.
I agree, this class was excellent. I believe Professor Baugus was very good with helping us understand each lesson. I walked into economics thinking it would be difficult because so many friends told me it would be. I did not have much hope in passing, that is why I am glad that I had a good Professor to teach us.
I definitely agree, I liked that Professor Baugus made learning these concepts simple, and gave us multiple resources to pull from.
I also thought that the introduction class would be something light and easy to digest, but there was a lot of info that we covered over the 15 weeks and Professor Baugus did a great job in putting the information in a way that we can understand it on a intro level.
I agree 100%. I thought this class was going to be so easy because I thought I had a general understanding about economics and society in general. Unfortunately, that was not the case, but it taught me so much more than I would have ever imagined.
