My two articles mainly discuss the huge hiring surge the U.S is facing. Many reasons for this include how employees are being treated, how the pandemic has shaped their view on their own personal lives, and unsatisfactory compensation for the amount of labor required in most fields of work. This led to employees all around the nation to quit at once. It is causing chaos among retail and fast food franchises as well as higher up companies across the nation due to scarcity of human capital needed to do the work to serve it's community. It builds a costly process for companies as well, to where the new hires will require more money in order to provide the labor for the amount of work being done.

Very interesting topic to bring to the table. How do you see this contributing to the increase in artificial intelligence? Do you think this would be linked to a surge in the use of AI, in terms of robots taking over human jobs?
Maybe another reason for high unemployment rates would be because of the unemployment benefits? People can make more money off unemployment than they can having an actual job. With that, there's no incentive to go out and get a job.
